Counselling
Most people feel anxious, stressed or low at some point in their lives but often try to struggle through on their own. I understand how daunting it can be to seek professional advice but I have successfully helped many people with a wide variety of problems.
I can provide both short and long-term therapy support to individuals, couples and groups. No problem is too big or too small.
I have experience of working with a wide range of presenting problems, from specific mental health issues to personal development and life transitions. Effective treatment has proven to result in lasting and enduring changes in life.
I am an experienced and fully qualified counsellor/psychotherapist used to working with men and women of all ages, backgrounds, cultures as a result of my work in the NHS.
I have over 25 years of experience working in a number of busy London GP surgeries as well as running my own private practice. I also supervise other counsellors and therapists.

Face to Face Counselling
1 in 4 adults in the UK have psychological well-being issues. Counselling can help you turn your life around in achievable steps. Working together makes change possible.

Group Counselling
Some people prefer to be part of a group or find that it suits them better than individual therapy. It can help you realise you’re not alone in your experience. Group therapy is a useful way for people who share a common problem to get support from each other.

Relationship Counselling
Relationship Counselling (or as you may know it Couples Counselling) is offered to help you and your partner to understand each other better and recognise unhelpful patterns of behaviour.

Online Counselling
Online counselling enables you to receive counselling wherever you might be and to do so from the comfort of your own home, using your preferred format: video, audio, live chat or email.
My approach is integrative, relational and humanistic.
